Manto Manfrost SF-1 is a specially formulated ultra-low temperature liquid phase heat transfer oil based on high-performance silicon-containing polymers. It combines excellent thermal stability with excellent low temperature heat transfer and pumping properties. Its performance is comparable to Dow Syltherm XLT.
Manfrost SF-1 exhibits excellent performance from -110°C (-166°F) to 260°C (500°F).
Features and Benefits
1. Excellent antioxidant stability. In the case of long-term use, the heat transfer oil is prone to serious oxidation reaction, which will cause the oil to polymerize into heavy components, resulting in increased viscosity and increased impurities. Therefore, it is particularly important to choose a heat transfer oil with excellent oxidation stability.
2. Excellent low temperature characteristics. Manfrost SF-1 still has good fluidity at -110°C, and can be used as an energy-saving low-temperature cooling heat transfer oil in a wide temperature range.
3. Non-corrosive. Manfrost SF-1 is basically non-corrosive to metal materials such as iron involved in industrial production.
