Purity FG HTF is a high temperature food grade heat transfer fluid with outstanding oxidation resistance recommended for use in non-pressurized liquid phase enclosed heat transfer systems used in food processing or pharmaceutical operations with average continuous operating temperatures up to 326°C (620°F) . Mainly used in central cooking equipment, drying, cooking oil deodorization and frying oil heating. Purity FG HTF can also be used in hot baths where a virtually colorless, non-toxic fluid is required for worker health and safety.
Purity FG HTF heat transfer fluids have outstanding resistance to oxidative breakdown. Common applications include the manufacture of plastic bottles, films and containers for food packaging.
Features and Benefits
1. More thermal stability and oxidation stability, which help to extend the life of the oil and reduce operating costs;
2. Antioxidant thickening ability;
3. It is less likely to form solids and resins;
4. Lower vapor pressure helps reduce refueling costs while improving workplace safety;
5. Natural lubricity helps to save operating costs;
6. Fully certified by NSF, it can be used in food processing and related fields.
