Mantherm FMC is a high performance synthetic heat transfer oil designed for use in liquid phase heat transfer systems from -50°C to 325°C. Its ultra-low pour point and strict thermal stability test prove that it can be used stably for a long time under the condition of -50°C-325°C.
Mantherm FMC has superior thermal stability and oxidation resistance than competing brands, resulting in long life and lower operating costs.
Performance advantage
(1) Excellent thermal stability
The thermal stability is better than that of other brands of heat transfer oil, avoiding the high vapor pressure of the system caused by the low molecules formed by the cracking of the heat transfer oil, resulting in leakage of the control valve group and pipeline, and cavitation of the circulation pump; the spontaneous ignition point is reduced, and the heat transfer oil system is reduced. The safe operating temperature; the oil is easy to deteriorate and other problems.
(2) Superior oxidation resistance
In the heat transfer oil system that has to come into contact with air, oxidation resistance is a key factor to measure the pros and cons. Superior oxidation resistance prolongs the service life of heat transfer oil, reduces oil replacement costs, and reduces downtime losses.
(3) Higher anti-oxidation and anti-stickiness
After avoiding the oxidation of the heat transfer oil, the heat generation efficiency of the heat transfer oil will be reduced due to the increase of viscosity; the circulation capacity of the heat transfer oil in the system will be reduced; the heat transfer oil will be overheated; the heat transfer oil must be replaced frequently and other adverse consequences.
