By recycling used heat transfer oils such as Mantherm HT and Mantherm K2, we can remove the substances that affect their performance due to oxidation and thermal degradation during the use of heat transfer oils, recover the effective components in the heat transfer oils, and partially restore their performance, which can extend the service life of heat transfer oils and reduce the overall cost for users.
If the heat transfer oil is affected by pollution, oxidation, thermal degradation and other factors, its performance will change. When the performance of the heat transfer oil can no longer meet the requirements of system use or safety, the heat transfer oil in the system must be replaced. In order to reduce the impact of system residues on the performance of the new heat transfer oil, it is necessary to clean the old oil after it is discharged from the heat transfer oil system, we can provide customers with suitable cleaning solutions and cleaning solvents used in the solvent cleaning method.
We have rich industry experience in the design and operation of heat transfer oil systems in industries such as solar thermal power generation, central heating, wind power generation, artificial board, polyester chemical fiber, textile printing and dyeing, construction machinery, auto parts, electronics, etc. After practical testing of a large number of installations, we have concluded relatively mature design plans and data for liquid phase systems and gas phase systems. Over the years, Manto has participated in various exhibitions and technical exchanges to communicate and learn from more industry elites and technicians, and to share our experience about the design and operation of heat transfer oil systems.
Start-up is usually the most difficult part of heat transfer oil system operation. We can assist customers by providing technical advice and guidance through system inspection before start-up of a new system to avoid wrong operation and avoid losses.
If an incident occurs in a customer's existing operating system, Manto will also help the customer analyze the cause, identify the incident factors, and provide targeted recommendations and preventive measures.
We are happy to share our years of experience with our customers to help them improve their design and operating solutions, enhance the safety of their systems, extend the life of their heat transfer oils, and thereby reduce their O&M costs. We can also help customers to conduct maintenance training for their heat transfer oil systems so that they can better maintain their systems later.
Manto can provide customers with oil testing and analysis of the heat transfer oil in their operating systems, including older systems using other brands of heat transfer oil, to help identify the factors affecting the system's operation at the earliest possible time so that a more optimal solution can be proposed. The test results will be provided to the customer along with recommendations for corrective actions. The results of all customer oil samples are also archived in our database for subsequent reference. Manto can provide aluminum bottles for oil samples free of charge, please contact the Manto Technical Service Center for assistance.
