Solar Thermal is a technology that gathers solar energy to produce steam to drive a steam turbine to generate electricity or produce steam or hot water for direct heating. Among them, the technology of trough heat transfer oil is relatively mature, and the degree of commercialization is relatively high.
Manto Mantherm K2 biphenyl diphenyl ether heat transfer oil has been used in several power stations and experimental circuits since 2011. Typical customers include Abengoa, Longteng Solar, and Boyue New Energy.
Manto Mantherm SF-5 is a new type of heat transfer oil for light and heat with high temperature up to 425°C and low temperature below -60°C. It is currently in the testing stage.
Manto Mantherm W2 dialkylbenzene heat transfer oil has been used in multiple systems of Boyu New Energy and Xuchen Energy since 2014. Among them, Xuchen Energy's urban heating project in Baotou is currently the world's top single heating project.
