Manto Mantherm HAB is a synthetic heat transfer oil for closed liquid phase systems. Strict thermal stability tests prove that Mantherm HAB is suitable for liquid phase heating systems at -25°C-315°C, and the optimum operating temperature is -25°C-300°C. Its performance is equivalent to that of Therminol T55.
Features and Benefits
1. Excellent thermal stability. When the heat transfer oil is used at high temperature for a long time, it will be cracked into light components, resulting in a lower flash point, and it will also be polymerized into heavy components, resulting in increased viscosity and increased impurities. Therefore, it is particularly important to choose a heat transfer oil with high thermal stability suitable for the operating temperature. Mantherm HAB is just such a heat transfer oil with high thermal stability, which can be circulated at a service temperature of 315°C;
2. Excellent low temperature characteristics. Mantherm HAB still has good fluidity at -25°C and can be widely used as a pumping heat transfer medium;
3. Non-corrosive. Mantherm HAB is basically non-corrosive to metal materials such as iron involved in industrial production.
